Sara Yerman is a veteran of the non-fiction content industry. Prior to joining LSS, she led Finance and Operations for Everywoman Studios, a premium content studio that focuses on female-fueled stories in tandem with social impact initiatives. She also served as VP of Finance for National Geographic Studios where she oversaw the finances of television content as well as giant screen film production/distribution units, and as Sr. Director of Finance for Discovery Studios where she overhauled the financial and operational systems, and grew an internal production department to create over $30M worth of original long and short form content annually.  

Although she grew up in Florida, she has now braved many winters in the DC area where she lives with her husband and son.
