Rachel McFadyen is an award-winning creative leader focused on creating impactful content for smart audiences. Prior to joining LSS, she was a communication consultant, strategist, writer, editor, and producer on projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies and at ICANN, the global organization responsible for the Internet’s infrastructure. Rachel is a journalist at heart, and led CNN teams around the world for nearly 20 years, producing complex and nuanced stories about wars, markets, elections, natural and man-made disasters, as well as interviews with newsmakers from Bill Gates to Bill Clinton and the Dalai Lama to Angelina Jolie. She has a bachelors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!) and a masters from the London School of Economics. Born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Rachel now lives with her family in the much warmer Venice, California. In her spare time, she likes street food, arguing over the Oxford comma, terrible television, and petting all the dogs.
