LSS Media was commissioned by The Lemelson Foundation and Brotherton Strategies to create an Identity Piece for its twentieth anniversary to show both the legacy of the organization’s support of invention, and its current work supporting inventors and product incubation in the U.S. and across the world.
LSS filmed with Lemelson Foundation leadership in Portland, Oregon, and on location with its U.S.-based grantees, including MIT and the Smithsonian Institution, as well as with international grantees in India.
LSS has created additional profiles of Lemelson Foundation partners and grantees, including the Lemelson-MIT InvenTeam program and Villgro.
- The piece premiered at a two-day symposium for the Foundation’s stakeholders and global grantees in Washington, D.C.
- LSS created a branded, signature animation used throughout the Foundation’s video projects, including a broadcast show bumper for its sponsorship of PBS’s NewsHour.
- Through an initial investment in high-quality, narrative driven production, LSS is continuing to create thought leadership and profile pieces for the Foundation, as well as a variety of rich content for social media and its digital channels.
