Danielle started as a local television news producer in Duluth, Minnesota before enjoying a few years of barbecue and blues as a producer in Memphis, Tennessee. After moving back to her home state, she won a national Emmy Award and several Regional Emmy Awards while serving as executive producer at a station in the Twin Cities.

In 2009, she joined the March of Dimes as Communications Director for the Minnesota Chapter where she found a passion for helping babies and deep respect for the world of nonprofits. She jumped from news and nonprofits to content marketing, with a focus on video production, for a small Minneapolis agency before joining LSS.
